Hi there! I’m Olivia, AKA Liv — a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, lifelong dancer, and proud founder of Liv Love. I’m a graduate of the University of Kansas Medical Center’s Occupational Therapy program with over a decade of Occupational Therapy experience supporting children and families in a variety of pediatric settings. I’ve also had the privilege of training under Winnie Dunn, the creator of the Sensory Profile, which has deeply shaped my approach to child development, sensory integration, and the power of meaningful movement and play.

At the heart of my professional journey is a love for movement. With over 25 years of dance experience — including dancing at the collegiate level at the University of Arkansas, serving as a judge and instructor for American Dance and Drill Team (ADTS), and earning my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification — I’ve seen firsthand how dance can support children's growth, confidence, and joy.

That passion inspired the launch of Ready Set Dance mobile classes here in Kansas City. As the official Kansas City affiliate, we’re proud to offer this internationally recognized Australian dance program, featured on Nick Jr., that helps preschoolers develop coordination, creativity, and confidence through fun, engaging classes. As a certified Ready Set Dance instructor and pediatric OT, I bring a therapeutic lens to every session — combining movement with developmental insight to support the whole child.

This is just the beginning. I’m thrilled to share that we’ll soon be opening the doors to Liv Love Play Cafe — a welcoming, inclusive space designed to bring the Liv Love vision to life. The cafe will offer sensory-friendly play areas, therapeutic dance and movement programs, inclusive occupational therapy services, and space for families to gather, connect, and celebrate life’s moments — big and small.
